Shaded by the pergola with great views, a BBQ grill and running water at the head of the outdoor dining table, nearby steps lead you down between olive trees to the villa's private swimming pool on a sunny expansive terrace at the foot of the garden with 360-degree panoramic views of rolling Tuscan hills, ridgetops, vineyards and olive tree orchards.

Wi Fi internet, private swimming pool, shaded outdoor dining, outdoor BBQ grill, a/c in all bedrooms kitchen living rooms etc, dishwasher, large 2-door stainless steel reach-in refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, gated driveway with ample parking. House is disinfected before and after each guest group, with 2 days break in between guest groups. Depending on the length of your stay, usually one person comes to the house to clean the pool and take away trash/recycling, however you may choose to NOT have anyone come during your stay if you prefer, and handling those tasks yourselves (we would give you instructions).
